Egg in a Hole

Egg in a Hole, also known as ‘Toad in a Hole’ is an easy breakfast that children love. I often made this for my children and also whilst we were camping. You can even get fancy and make different shapes in the bread. I just served mine with bacon and eggs on the side and some hollandaise sauce on the egg toast. Yummy!
